The fish arrived at noon on April 5. We had Ginsake Ichiyaboshi himono (OPLT Dry-aged himono Coho salmon) for lunch and winter mackerel for dinner. My five-year-old son is fussy about his food and has barely ever eaten fish before. Now, he cannot eat enough Koujirushi dried fish! He says it is delicious.
